snow snow snow

So, bad_influence and I are safe and alive, tucked away in Somerville. Have power & all. The snow started up pretty heavily yesterday afternoon and then tapered off this morning (although didn't completely stop snowing). It's predicted to pick up tonight around midnight, so we'll see.

Jet blue is once again offering the chance to reschedule flights that are due to depart tomorrow due to the weather. I'm debating bumping my flight again to either Monday or Tuesday. The problem is that no day this week is predicted to have good weather in Chicago and Boston simultaneously.

The snow is gorgeous and I'm enjoying not having to be out and about. Although our driveway is a pain to shovel out, luckily all of us pitch in for a team effort.

Made a bunch of latkes today, which were tasty and working on doing a month's worth of laundry and cleaning the kitchen to get it to that parental inspection level (for my own pleasure).

so, yeah, this was rather pointless. Other than yay! snow, boo! to traveling.
